DRYPRO will be closed on the dates above to celebrate the holidays. As our valued customer, you are still able to place orders, and we will fulfill them as we can. At the very latest, all orders will be processed and shipped by November 28 (for Thanksgiving), and January 3 (for Christmas). All order placed prior to our closure dates will be processed and shipped.
We do our best to provide you with an easy and efficient experience when shopping with us, as well as offer an array of shipping options depending on your needs. We currently operate Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm eastern time. However, your item may be delivered between Monday – Sunday.
When Will My Order Ship?
In hopes of expediting your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, we may utilize inventory fulfillment centers around the country to ensure that your order is received as quickly as possible. This may include inventory at an Amazon Fulfillment Center, so it is possible your order will deliver in an Amazon labeled box. Tracking Numbers are generated and emailed when shipments are created. This does not mean your item has physically shipped. Tracking will update when the carrier scans your package. On average, most orders are shipped on the same day they are ordered and are typically delivered within 1-3 days. There is no weekend service for our Second or Next Day delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves a fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.
How Long Until I Have My Package?
This can depend on many variables such as chosen method of shipping, the day/time you place your order etc., but know we will do our best to get you your order as soon as possible! Typically, once the package leaves the warehouse/fulfillment center, you will have it within 2-5 business days. We currently offer two levels of service that are listed here:
Standard | 3-7 Business Days
Expedited | 2-4 Business Days
In rare cases, small transit delays may occur. This could be due to inclement weather, or issues with the carrier, such as a truck breaking down etc. Please check your carrier's website for any shipping delay notices. DRYPRO is not responsible for service commitments made by the carriers. Time in Transit is estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed by us.
Do You Ship/Deliver on the Weekend?
Orders will ship Monday – Saturday and can be delivered Monday – Sunday. We cannot guarantee any weekend delivery to Alaska/Hawaii, APO Addresses or the US Territories, but we will try our best to make it happen.
I Changed my Mind and Want to Cancel My Order, How Can I do This?
Please make sure before you submit your order that you intend to purchase the product. We utilize fulfillment centers around the country and typically once we submit a request for them to pick and pack your order, we will not be able to cancel. If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 1-888-337-9776 for quickest response.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we are happy to offer worldwide shipping to our international customers! The packages we ship internationally are subject to duties & taxes. DRYPRO is not responsible for those fees once the package has been accepted in your respective country. If you refuse the package because you are unwilling to pay the fees, DRYPRO will not provide any form of refund or compensation. We ask that our international customers become familiar with their country's duties & taxes guidelines, so that we can achieve the best delivery experience. To our Canadian customers: We do utilize USMCA Forms with the shipments that will help cover the Taxes, but please be aware you may still be subject to pay a small Duty.
I am Going on Vacation and Need This Product; Can You Ship to my Destination?
Yes, orders shipped from our warehouse, as well as inventory shipped from our fulfillment centers can be delivered to your hotel, Air B&B and the like. Please make sure to provide the necessary specifications on your shipping address if needed (i.e.Room Number). DRYPRO will do our best to accommodate the package being delivered to the destination of your choice, but we cannot control the delivery times and cannot be held responsible if you leave the destination before the package arrives. Additionally, DRYPRO is not responsible if a hotel loses or refuses your package. International hotels will not pay taxes & duties incurred by the shipment. Please check with hotel staff before placing an international order to a travel destination. We have a 90-day manufacturer's warranty on our DRYPRO Waterproof Cast & Wound Covers, and a 1-Year manufacturer's warranty on our DRYPRO Waterproof PICC Line Cover, Ostomy Cover and Prosthetic Cover. That is, the retail customer will be given a replacement for an item considered flawed or defective due to the manufacturer's design. Please email Info@Drycorp.com with a photo of your defect, along with your Order Number, so that we can get the replacement to you as quickly as possible. If you purchased our product through another seller, and not directly from our website, please reach out to the seller for product returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims. DRYPRO cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased from another seller. If you have a warranty claim that you are having trouble getting a replacement from the seller, we can help process the claim but you must have original proof of purchase. Please reach out to us to start the claim by emailing Info@Drycorp.com with proof of purchase, reason for manufacturer's defect and photo of said defect.
Due to the nature of our product, the DRYPRO is
returnable within 10 days of your order date. If you are waiting to use your cover for vacation or after getting casted, we HIGHLY recommend trying it on as soon as you receive the product to ensure you have the proper size. We can issue a size exchange within this time period as well. We just ask that you cover the return shipping. Any damaged or defective products can be replaced for free under warranty. Please email Info@drycorp.com with any size exchange or warranty requests, along with your order number.
