"Hi, just wanted to let you know that your product works beautifully.  My son broke his arm after we’d booked a week in Cuba…tough luck.

I am very leery of ordering a product that I cannot ‘touch’ beforehand thus was a bit doubtful your product would perform as indicated on the website.  However, I decided to give it a try and ordered the long arm cover on Sunday night. We received the product in Ontario, Canada on Tuesday as promised (was very happy to see the FedEx van).

We used the product every day for the entire week and there were no issues – my son was able to enjoy his favorite watersports – swimming, snorkeling, kayaking.
