How to Waterproof the Aircast®
Do you know that the DRYPro will protect casts, bandages, and wounds from the water, but will waterproof the Aircast® too? Read how to waterproof the aircast here!
What is an Aircast®? The Aircast ® is brace used on the foot or leg that supports the limb after surgery or an injury.
Can you get it wet? Most doctors recommend keeping the Aircast® dry and away from water.
Will the DRYPro waterproof the Aircast®? Yes! The DRYPro will protect your Aircast® from the water, allowing you to swim, shower, and bathe with ease. If your Aircast® is bulkier than a typical cast, we recommend purchasing a full leg protector to ensure the DRYPro fits easily over the device. If you have any questions about sizing, click here or call our customer service department toll-free at 1-888-337-9776.
How do I know it will work? Not to worry. The DRYPro has been used by people all over the world to protect casts, bandages, and braces –including the Aircast®. Read what our recent customer had to say about her experience with the DRYPro:
“I am wearing an up to the knee Aircast and used the full leg cast cover during my vacation to St Thomas. It worked beautifully and allowed me to enjoy the beautiful ocean and swimming pool!” – Valerie B.
